Zerzetsen - Exactly what I was experiencing
As the surveillance and harassment intensified, it felt like I was being tormented, with no proof - like sensory deprivation. I was a basketcase, at times. Interestingly, all of these things described by Roderick Russell below - even the helicopters, but not the shootings or crashed car - happened to me.
Yet no one believed me. I live alone and did not have the benefit of witnesses. I also do not communicate in a way that's believable. Throughout my life, people have tended to doubt me, despite my telling the truth or being correct in my speculation / suppositions / conclusions. I've often been right, yet people dismiss me as a 'flighty female'.

In my case it started with a professionally done defamation/slander job in Vancouver, Canada after I left Grosvenor International. Headhunters who once sought me out now avoided me. I applied for thousands of jobs, but to no avail. I had become unemployable.

I commend you on withstanding such horrors and making such a valiant effort to bring knowledge and protection to others.
I am experiencing zerzetsen. I only began to fully understand the cause in recent years.
I have evidence that I was trafficked by my mother and my uncle for use as an experimental MKULTRA subject at birth. When I was two years old, my mother took me alone to a medical facility and a woman in a lab coat scratched my upper left arm with an instrument. When I was five years old, I realized that the scar was in the shape of a swastika. I knew that it meant that the Nazis had selected me and that they would torture me beyond endurance. At the time, I was so terrified, that I thought of ending my life, by running in front of a truck. However, I had a passion to live.
I never said a word about this to anyone, growing up. I thought that no one would believe me or know what to do.
The most physical tortures that were done to me were electronic assaults, literally every five minutes everywhere --at my home or in the streets, cafes, every place. It was terrifying and I mopped up blood, using twelve rolls of paper towel every day for two weeks at a time. I felt like a refugee, not like a Canadian-born professional, who had been awarded scholarships at university, for my work. At the time, I was afraid of being labelled if I attempted to report this. I hardly slept and yet, somehow managed to appear presentable and calm.
I was subjected to relentless psychological torture in my workplace for twenty years and only when I remembered the swastika and other facts from my childhood, did I realize that this must have been part of the experimentation.
I have been attacked in many horrific ways in my home, which is constantly invaded, through unforced entry.
I cannot come out and make a strong statement, such as yours, against what was and is being done to me.
I would sometimes believe that as an MKULTRA subject, I could have had excellent prospects in career and marriage. I believe that my uncle sabotaged the program, having planned to sell me to another research program and have me finished off.
I used to be highly idealistic, enthusiastic, motivated and able to find pursuits of value, even through all the suffering that was deliberately inflicted on me. I used to think that my knowledge, as an MKULTRA subject could be of interest and value to others. But, lately, it is more of a struggle to endure relentless suffering.
